Welcome

I teach physics at Wilbur Cross High School in New Haven. I come from Arlington, Virginia and have graduated a proud duke dog from James Madison. I teach to encourage conversations about what is and how it is. Science provides us with the best method for knowing, but requires an active and properly-incentivized community to discuss phenomena and argue theories to function. I teach by way of Modeling Instruction, pedagogy that's founded upon the idea that high school science students should do less reading about science from textbooks and engage more heavily in the practices of scientists.

The purpose of this site is to serve the students. I wanted to create a place where students could access their files digitally, view their standard scores, and contact me. I hope you find this useful in your journey physicists.
